HOURLY RATE / FLAT FEE / CONTINGENCY FEE
Legal services may be provided at either my hourly rate, a flat fee or contingency fee basis. Generally, legal services such as Incorporations, LLC formations, custom contract agreements, certain real estate transactions, and estate planning, are handled exclusively on a flat fee basis.
General Litigation and transaction services are provided at an hourly rate and may range due to various circumstances such as the time pressures involved, the dollar value of the relevant assets or transactions, or the complexity of the work.
Generally, our clients prefer the predictability of a flat fee, however, not all matters lend themselves to such an arrangement. During your free initial consultation, we may determine which fee structure is best suited for your situation and estimate your total legal costs.
If your matter lends itself to a contingency fee arraignment, please ask how our three tier contingency fee structure may help retain most of your recovery.
In-office consultations may be provided free of charge and must be scheduled in advance. The hourly rate services usually requires a retainer fee prior to the commencement of legal work or otherwise agreed upon in advance, payment for flat fee legal services are due in advance.
Likewise, my hourly rate may be negotiable in some rare circumstances; however the fees quoted already represent a large discount in comparison to larger law firms offering comparable services.
